• Starter (Free) Plan: Personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell, distribute, or monetize games created with this plan
• Creator Plan: Limited commercial license with source code access. You may sell and monetize games while we retain core IP rights
• Developer Plan: Full commercial license with monetization and distribution rights, subject to our underlying IP ownership

While paid plans grant you commercial rights to games you create, AutoGameDev.ai maintains ownership of the core intellectual property, including but not limited to the underlying game mechanics, algorithms, and generation methods used to create the content.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate our token system
• Share or resell your account access
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models

4. Content Guidelines

All generated content must comply with our content guidelines. We prohibit the generation of:

• Explicit or adult content
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Violent or graphic content
• Content that promotes illegal activities

5. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
